President and Founder Lera Ashe has always had a passion for planning events and being creative.  She has received a Masters degree in Business from the University of Phoenix and a Political Science degree from Long Beach State.  Lera has always wanted to help others and found a way to do that through professional organizing and event planning.  After working for Nordstrom's and Enterprise Rent-A-Car she felt she had the capability to start her own business and thus Organize Your Life was born.
